Benue's First case of Coronavirus threatens to sue NCDC if she is not discharged in 7 days


The first recorded case of Coronavirus in Benue state Susan Idoko has threatened to sue the Nigeria Centre for Disease and Control (NCDC) if she is not discharged in Seven days. Susan Idoko is currently in the Abuja Isolation Centre. 

Susan has been in isolation for 53 days, and she claims she doesn't have the virus, she has refused for her blood samples to be taken for another test to prove she is negative before discharge with claims that she doesn't trust the abilities of the NCDC.

She insists that the test rather be conducted by the World Health Organisation (WHO) under the supervision of British high commission and her personal physician, this was disclosed by her lawyer in the person of Mr. Steven Ike.

In a briefing by the Minister of health Osagie Henry, he told Nigerians that Mrs Idoko Sudan has refused health officials to take sample for final testing before discharge.
