Initially Khloe stood by her cheating boyfriend and had him present in the delivery room when baby True was born, and remained living with him in Cleveland. In the past few weeks, Khloe has relocated to Los Angeles and is living life as a single mom, and is nearer to her family and friends.

Multiple sources confirm that Khloe is completely focusing on her baby, and even celebrated Valentine's Day without the NBA star with no mention of him on social media. Khloe also has not been spotted with Tristan since mid-January and neither he was by her side when Kylie Jenner's daughter Stormi's first birthday was being celebrated with all family members.
