The affected Director Generals include, Nigeria Television Authority, NTA-Mr Sola Omole; Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, FRCN-Mr. Ladan Salihu; Voice of Nigeria, VON-Mr. Sam Worlu; National Orientation Agency, NOA-Mr. Mike Omeri; Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation, NBC-Mr. Emeka Mba and the Managing Director of News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, Mr. Ima Niboro.
The news of their disengagement was made known to the Director Generals during a meeting with the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed.
The affected directors were instructed to hand over to the most senior officials in their various establishments.
The Federal Ministry of Information and Culture announced their sack through their Facebook wall as seen below.
